Also known as black labradorite, larvikite may display iridescence or chatoyance seen as flashes of blue light. This is similar to labradorite, but, labradorite is a translucent stone and larvikite is opaque. Larvikite has a silvery-gray background with black flecks throughout. You may find occasional subtle blue flashes of light. The beads are smooth and have a nice polish. Come on, let's make something beautiful!
