If your domestic US package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed or refused at the post office, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the items. This would be your order total less any discounts and/or shipping cost.

International shipping to Canada starts at 11.95 USD. The shipping fee does not include VAT, duties, customs, taxes, or any other import fees. For other countries please visit our Etsy shop or contact us.

No, we will not mark any international orders as "gift." All orders will be marked as "merchandise" with the purchase price, less shipping, as the declared value. A receipt will be included in all packages. If you have questions about import taxes/duties/VAT/customs fees that might be owed upon delivery, please contact your postal or customs office.

We moved our website to a new platform. If you had an account with us prior to Jan 1, 2020, your information is in our system, but your account needs to be activated. Please contact us to request an account activation link. 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us or send an email to support@beadsandhoney.com within 14 days of delivery for return instructions. Ship the items back to us within 21 days of delivery. Unless the issue was on our end, buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds for the purchase price, less any discounts and/or shipping cost, will be issued back to the account used to pay for the order and may take a few days to post.
