Free shipping on US orders over $50. Shipping for US orders under $50 is $4.50, flat rate. International shipping rates start at $9.90 to Canada or $14.95 to all other destinations.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping is by First Class US mail which takes 2-5 business days in the US and 2-8 weeks for international delivery. USPS Priority mail options (2-3 business days within the US and 6-10 business days international) are available at checkout. 

If your domestic US package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed or refused at the post office, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the items. This would be your order total less any discounts and/or shipping cost.

International Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping for international orders. Buyers are responsible for all duties or import fees. Please see questions below for more details.

International shipping is $9.90 to Canada or $14.95 to all other destinations. The shipping fee does not include VAT, duties, customs, taxes, or any other import fees.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply during import. If you have questions about import charges, please contact your post office or customs office before placing your order.  Note, if you opt to have your order delivered by UPS, the carrier may charge their own brokerage or handling fee in addition to any customs fee or duties due upon import. If you have questions about this, please contact the carrier before placing your order.

We ship worldwide! (Everywhere permitted by US law). However, if you are located in the UK, and receive an error message during checkout, please complete your purchase in our Etsy shop. Note, VAT may be collected up front during Etsy checkout.

Due to changes in how VAT is collected by US sellers, if you are located in the UK you may receive an error message during checkout on our website. If this happens, we are asking that you would please place your order in our Etsy shop. For most orders, VAT will be collected up front during Etsy checkout. We apologize for this inconvenience. We moved our website to a new platform. If you had an account with us prior to Jan 1, 2020, your information is in our system, but your account needs to be activated. Please contact us to request an account activation link. 

Returns and Cancellations

Unused items in new condition may be returned risk-free. Just notify us within 14 days of delivery. 

If you are dissatisfied with your beads for any reason, contact us or send an email to support@beadsandhoney.com within 14 days of delivery for return instructions. Ship the items back to us within 21 days of delivery. Unless the issue was on our end, buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds for the purchase price, less any discounts and/or shipping cost, will be issued back to the account used to pay for the order and may take a few days to post. 

Sometimes we ship very quickly! If you need to cancel your order, please contact us or send an email to support@beadsandhoney.com as soon as possible.

Fill out page 1 of the Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate

Once we have verified your completed form with your sales tax permit number, we will send you an email confirmation and your account on beadsandhoney.com will be marked as tax exempt.
