The large heart pendant is hand carved from Philippine whitewood. It is a natural whitewood that is bleached, washed, and dried thoroughly to preserve the natural ivory to off white color. This results in beautiful beads with a nearly perfect finish. You'll find graceful curves, with a sharper notch at the top to create a heart shape. The hole is drilled lengthwise through the center of the bead. This is a generously sized bead that would make a nice focal bead in any design. Come on, let's make something beautiful!
