Sapphire traditionally is one of four gemstones which are classified as precious. The blue color of sapphire represents classic elegance. Some beads in the lot are lighter with white or brown colored matrix, while others are darker blue without matrix. Please pictured strands for variation. Each bead is microfaceted and reflects light beautifully. They have a great weight in the hand, slightly heavier than most other gemstone beads. Simply a pleasure to work with!
