Here, the artisan has created decorative ridges within the shell layers which are polished down to the inner iridescent white and pearlescent blue-gray colors. To form the cab, the nautilus shell is cut in half down the long axis, filled with resin and capped with mother of pearl, or other shell material, to form the flat back. You'll receive a set of 2 shell cabs. Neither one will go unnoticed. Come on, let's make something beautiful!
