Magkuno is one of a group of Philippine woods also described as ironwood, due to its hardness. The wood is a rich, chocolate brown, with a tight wood grain, hand cut into a chunky cushion shape with a slight twist. Very smooth to the touch, and with a nice polish, this is an easy way to add a little visual interest to your design. Try pairing this accent bead with semiprecious stones, shell, bone, and other natural materials. Come on, let's make something beautiful!
