Beautiful lapis has been a prized stone for centuries because of its alluring blue color. Here, you’ll find rich dark blue shades, with some mottling from white calcite matrix and bright brassy flecks of pyrite sprinkled throughout. The shape here is what makes these beads unique! It's a three dimensional marquise-like oval shape with a very slight wave or twist. These are excellent quality beads with a great polish and nice weight.
