This is natural angelite in petite 4mm rounds. Angelite is the blue variety of anhydrite (meaning "waterless") which is a form of gypsum with reduced water. The color here is a light periwinkle or powder blue with rare brown areas or occasional white inclusions. For these tiny beads, there is some slight variation in size and shape along the strand. Anhydrite is a soft stone, usuallly polished with a hard wax and buffed to a nice luster. Perfect to add a touch of understated beauty to your design. Come on, let's make something beautiful!
