Mactan stone beads are unique, and perfect for one of kind jewelry designs. The stone comes from the Philippines and is a natural fossil stone. Against the neutral backdrop, you'll find a decorative inlay of natural multi colored abalone (paua) shell. There is one on each side of the bead adding colorful flash. The stone is hand-cut and inlay is a natural material which is hand-set, so please allow for some variation. This just adds to the rustic, but elegant charm of these organic beads.They have a nice weight, similar to a gemstone bead, and are smooth with a nice polish. Try pairing them with semiprecious stones, shell, bone, and other natural materials. The neutral and multi colored palette will look great with nearly any metal.
