Picture jasper is mined in the Owyhee mountains in the northwest United States. You'll find colors ranging from creme to tan, golden and dark brown. Various patterns, banding and stippling, give lots of visual interest to this stone. The beads are very smooth with a nice polish. The 8mm size will accommodate many jewelry designs.
