Silver mouth shell is a silvery-white colored shell with parallel grooves along the surface and a pearly or iridescent finish. The natural shape of the silver mouth shell has a large arch. This makes for a nice cabochon when the shell is finished with a flat back. Nicely sized, these shell cabs would make a great focal. Come on, let's make something beautiful!
